What is the square footage of your home?

• measure each room in the home and multiply the length times the width and add up each room

What is the peak attic height in feet?

Peak attic height is the measurement of the attic height in the tallest section of the attic.
This is typically in the very middle of the attic.
To find this measurement, head into your attic and measure between the attic floor and the roof line at the tallest section of the attic.

Does your garage share an attic with your home?

Does your home have vaulted ceilings with no attic above the ceiling?

If your home has vaulted ceilings in a portion of the home, you will need to check if there is attic space above the vaulted area.
If you do not have vaulted ceilings, select NO.
If you do have vaulted ceilings, but there is attic space above the vaulted ceiling, select NO.
If you do have vaulted ceilings, and there is NO attic space above the vaulted ceiling, select YES.

What fan style would you like?

If your home has gable vents on the side of the home, a gable mount fan would be your best option as they are the easiest to install.
If your home does not have gable vents, we recommend going with our roof mount options.

What type of attic fan would you like?

We offer four types of attic fans at different price points.

The most affordable option is our Thermostat Controlled models. These use PSC motors and offer a simple adjustable thermostat that can be adjusted to come on at any temperature between 50ºF and 120ºF.

The next option is our Solar + Thermostat models. These feature 40 watt solar panels, an energy efficient DC motor, and an included AC/DC inverter for 24/7 cooling and ventilation. The preset thermostat automatically turns the fan on at 88ºF and will turn the fan off at 77ºF.

The best option that we offer is our Smart Control models. These feature our innovative Bluetooth, app-based smart phone control that allows you to see the temperature and humidity in your attic, set and control your temperature and humidity settings, and feature a Smart Mode that will automatically run the fan to keep your attic cool and ventilated all year around.

We offer an energy-efficient option that includes a PSC motor or an ultra energy-efficient option that includes an ECM motor.
